Shipping & returns

General

4Tk Gaming runs a live stock system which is both linked in-store and online to give us the most accurate up to date stock on hand quantities. This means if you add an item to your basket then we have it in stock, not on order but actually in stock ready to go. 

Delivery times

All internet orders placed during the working week Mon-Fri, up to 3pm are shipped the same day, using the delivery method chosen.

Delivery Types 

4Tk Gaming keeps delivery simple by offering a standard 1st Class postage on all web orders. Most orders are sent out via first class and should take 1-2 working days from day of dispatch. Heavier orders however could be sent via courier and could take 1-3 working days. Please note however that actual delivery times are out of our control and may at times be later than stated above, although this should only be in rare circumstances.

FREE Delivery

FREE Delivery is only available on UK orders only 

All orders over £85 will have the defaulted FREE delivery option available at the point of purchase. Typically these can take up to 4 working days although generally it will be less. This is because we will generally use a cheaper method than our standard 1st Class option.

Pre Orders

If any of your order contains any Pre-orders items then all your items will not be sent until your pre-order items arrive. 

Out of Stocks 

Occasionally stock quantities are incorrect and you may find that the system has allowed you to purchase something we no longer have in stock. If this is the case we will contact you as soon as we can and either offer an exchange or a refund for the item.  

Disclaimer 

Whilst we do our best to maintain an accurate system, occasionally it can be wrong but if this is the case you will be contacted and an option given which will include either a full or partial refund.

International orders

Currently ONLY Available on MAD Gaming Terrain products
Postage is calculated on weight and sent via courier which will take 3-7 working days for most of Europe and up to 15 working days for everywhere else although it should be quicker. These days are calculated  based on the day the order is dispatched which can have up to a 3 day turn around but again this should generally be quicker.
