Tyranids

Tyranids flood the battlefield with a veritable tide of nightmarish creatures – all chitinous armour plates, savage claws, and lashing tentacles. Few foes can withstand them, overwhelmed as they are by sheer numbers and huge beasts.

Tyranids come in a shocking variety of forms, each more terrible than the last. Small disruption forces have been observed, led by a so-called Parasite of Mortrex.

Psychophage stampedes into battle at a frightening speed. They devour any prey organism in their paths, but especially favour those victims with psychic abilities.

Von Ryan’s Leapers are swift, agile Tyranid bioforms, cunning hunters and stealth ambushers that are especially lethal when fighting in dense terrain.

Tyranid Primes are the apex of the Tyranid Warrior strain, leader-beasts boasting fearsome intellect and synaptic capacity. Adapted to their role, some carry long, sinuous lash whips to ensnare their prey.

Neurogaunts scuttle forward in seething masses, driven on by the parasitic neurocytes that cling to their backs.
