Pricing
Whilst we do our best to maintain accurate pricing, sometimes things will happen & incorrect information may be displayed. As such 4Tk Gaming is not bound to any such error.
Our prices in-store vary from the prices advertised on our websites with the website generally being the cheaper.
All offers on the website are exclusive to the website only and will not be honoured in our store. This also works the other way round with offers in-store not being offered on the website.
All pricing is inclusive of VAT.
All pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
There are no other added or hidden costs to the prices shown. Generally product price & corresponding delivery charge, depending on the method chosen, are the only costs and will be visible before payment is needed. If there are ever any additional costs due to special offers, deals of errors then they will be clearly shown before finalising any purchases.

Stock Levels
Whilst we try our best to maintain adequate stock quantities it may be that demand has outstripped the stocks we hold at the time.If this is the case then you will find that our site will not allow you to purchase these items and it will be highlighted with a red Out Of Stock button. We do not believe in putting any items on back order because we do not have them in stock, and therefore delaying the delivery time. We pride ourselves on quick shipping and would prefer to get the items dispatched the next day. Items are ordered weekly so we should never be out of stock for long, just send us an E-mail and we will call you when it arrives back in.

At 4Tk Gaming we have a very simple method of recognising out stock levels

In stock and high availability - Dispatched next day 

In stock and low availability - Dispatched next day

Out of stock - Due in shortly (Our site will not allow you to purchase)

Blue is pre order only and will be dispatched when it is released 

Returns
We do accept returns and your statutory rights are not affected.
You must contact us as soon as possible at 4tkgaming@btconnect.com if you are wishing to cancel any order or return goods, preferably this would be done within 24hr of receiving the goods/items.
All goods wishing to be returned must be done so within 14 days and in the same condition they were sent. You will be reimbursed for the goods only and we will request the return/returns before any refund will occur and the cost of the return will be at your cost. If the error is ours then we will also compensate any additional postage at the standard rate and with proof of posting.
Any items with reduced to clear cannot returned.
All items returned will be done so at the price they were purchased.

Security
Online shopping is as safe as most established retailers and like you we do take our security seriously. Our payment gateway is controlled by Pay Pal, one of the most popular and safest payment gateways arround.
