There are no other added or hidden cost to the prices shown. Generally product price & corresponding delivery charge depending on delivery method chosen are the only costs. If there are any other costs due to special offers, deals or errors then they will be clearly shown before finalizing any purchases.

We except returns & your statutory rights are not affected

All goods wishing to be returned must be done so with in 14days & in the condition they were sent. You will be rein burst for the goods only & we request the return before any refund will occur & at your own cost. If the error is ours then we will compensate for any additional charges with proof of your costs.

Whilst we try & maintain accurate stock levels, sometimes order quantities throughout the week may exceed our stock levels. Orders taken where there are not adequate stock levels will be put on back order & sent out as soon as the goods arrive. You will be informed of this through out the process.
