Yes you can, we may be new but the experience within the team should suggest that we are serious about our business and our reputation. It is only on a great reputation that we will be able to grow and maintain our business. We are here to offer you a great shopping experience

We are not greedy, yes we want to make money but it is more important to give you our best deals rather than making as much as we can get away with. We work on lower margins which means we make less money which allows us to pass these savings to you.

What happens when I have paid for my goods

Once your payment has cleared an E-mail is generated & sent to you confirming your purchase. It is then picked, packaged and dispatched on the next available collection day*. There are three collection days throughout the working week.

What are the delivery charges

At 4Tk Gaming we aim to provide you the customer with the best possible deals & the postage costs are no exception.

We use weight to determine how much we will charge for delivery. This weight is not actual weight of products but takes into account other factors like cost of packaging etc that will effect the delivery cost.

Please use the contact page to contact any persons with in the organization. Responses are mailed daily, but please allow 48hrs.

Other than the purchase price & delivery, no there is not. Everything you are charged for will be clear & viewable before you commit & finalize any transaction.

Firstly give the goods ample time to arrive, depending on delivery option up to 14 working days from the time of placing the order. If you still do not receive the goods contact us by E-mail or alternatively call us & we will endeavour to track the problem & resolve as soon as possible.

No problem, let us know as soon as you receive the goods & we will get them replaced. This does mean however you will need to send them back to us by second class mail. We will refund the delivery charge & dispatch the goods when the item arrives back with us

Again no problem, let us know as soon as possible & we will dispatch the correct goods. The items will need to be sent back to us before the goods are re dispatched. If the error is our’s then the return postage recorded only will be refunded.
