** There are items that 4Tk supplies that can not be dispatched the following day. These are highlighted with a lead time.

Other than the purchase price & delivery, no there is not. Everything you are charged for will be clear & viewable before you commit & finalize any transaction.

Firstly give the goods ample time to arrive, depending on delivery option up to 14 working days from the time of placing the order. If you still do not receive the goods contact us by E-mail or alternatively call us & we will endeavour to track the problem & resolve as soon as possible.

No problem, let us know as soon as you receive the goods & we will get them replaced or damaged items replaced. This does mean however you will need to send them back to us by second class mail with proof of postage. We will refund the delivery charge & dispatch the goods when the item arrives back with us

Again no problem, let us know as soon as possible & we will dispatch the correct goods. The items will need to be sent back to us before the goods are re dispatched. If the error is ours then the return postage recorded only will be refunded. If the error is not ours you will be charged any additional charges.

At 4Tk Gaming as well as offering a great price throughout all our product range we try to continue it through our delivery service, offering you a complete low cost solution. This is why we base our delivery on the weight* of our items & break the delivery options down. We advise you add the weights of the items you are purchasing & consult this chart to check how much your delivery will come to, although when you go to pay for the items it will do this automatically for you.

* The weights shown next to each individual items are not the actual weights of the products as there are other factors involved, however you should still find that we offer very competitive delivery costs. If you have any problems with the delivery charges please let us know so we can aim to resolve them.

Delivery to Europe

We only offer one Delivery service to Europe & it is standard Air Mail which should be received between 3-4 days from the date of dispatch. We do not deliver any package that is over 2kg. If the order goes over 2kg then a separate order will have to be done.

First class takes from 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch. Second class take 3-4 working days from the date of dispatch. Standard Parcels takes 3-5 working days from the day they are dispatched. We dispatch goods every day & any orders that are place are dispatch the following day**. All items over 1501g first class go out recorded, included in price

FREE Delivery

We offer FREE delivery for every order over £175, this is only for the UK. These orders will be sent out using a standard delivery service which can take up to 7 days
